Crabe Royal is entirely dedicated to the famous Kamchatka King Crab, fished since 1870 off the coasts of Alaska. This exceptional variety of crab is the most popular in the world for the delicacy of its flesh loaded with marine flavors.
For the first time, this Parisian address gives King Crab a place of first choice by sublimating and offering it in all its forms.
To discover all the gustative palettes of the Kamchatka King Crab, the menu, imagined by Xavier Caussade, Executive Chef of the Kaspia Group, creates several themes around the work of sauces.
To highlight the Kamchatka King Crab and imagine the ideal triumvirate between tasting space, grocery and takeaway, the decoration has been imagined by Thomas Urquijo, talented interior designer specialized in hotels and famous scenographies.
Crabe Royal invites you to a gustative journey around an exceptional product, offering a service from Monday to Saturday, from noon to 10:30 pm.
